Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the CPTO.
Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members.
This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others, and will rely on experience judgment and independence to plan and accomplish goals.
