RECON Search are working with a technology-led e-commerce business. They specialise in data driven analytics for world class manufacturers and brands providing reference tools that enable them to monitor their performance in ecommerce and retail media.
They enable brands to make smarter business decisions in eCommerce, based on actionable data and insights providing information on online product prices, availability, share of search, etc. in more than 800 e-retailers and 50 different countries. Their client portfolio includes industry giants such as Heineken, Diageo, and LOréal.
They are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Sales with experience selling B2B Software Products and Services within the UK market, ideally targeting Enterprise accounts, to help scale by acquiring new clients, and also retaining and expanding existing accounts.
The Role
As a Head of Sales for the UK market, you will be an instrumental contributor to our go-to-market strategy, being able to have a direct impact on the growth of the company. You will showcase excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills with clients and future clients in the UK. You should also act proactively to address clients needs and facilitate the sale process end-to-end, acting as the glue between our Product team and the Clients as required, ensuring smooth transitions and effective account management under any circumstances, expanding our existing company-client relationships.
