The company:

Our client is a scale-up focused on selling integrated Contact Center solutions, operating in five countries around the world, and looking for a Sales Consultant to work in the European and LATAM markets. We are looking for a commercial profile that has analytical capacity, developing specific solutions for each client.

The job:

Will be responsible for the Sales process, managing new business development, negotiation, proposals until implementation and onboarding. It will also contribute to identifying new features and new ideas for the product.

Profile:

- Experience in operations in Contact Centers (eliminating factor);

- Graduation completed in Engineering or similar;

- Sales experience of Voice and Contact Center software solutions;

- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

- Knowledge of databases;

- Knowledge of Voice over IP;

- Knowledge of IP networks and protocols;

- Knowledge of scripting tools;

- Experience in coordinating or managing projects in the sector (Preferred Factor);

- Fluency in English;

- Availability to travel.

Main functions:

- Prospect new clients;

- Make sure the sales funnel and pipeline are updated and optimised;

- Input relevant information in the CRM, prepare and report sales forecasts;

- Relationship and upselling for existing clients;

- Understand requirements with new customers;

- Preparation of response to RFI's;

- Preparation of response to RFQ's;

- Preparation of response to Public Tenders;

- Coordinate technical presentations with the pre-sales team;

- Identification of new features and new ideas to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutions.
