What will you be doing?**

The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cross platform, mobile applications. Activities will include researching and making technology decisions, architecture, design, setting project milestones and sprint planning. They will ensure the application delivers business functionality, meets performance requirements and is built using security best practices. **

Job Responsibilities**

Ability to communicate well with globally distributed teams
Lead a team of 6-8 members and accountable for team's productivity, on-time deliverables and quality
Maintain security standards compliance
Engage with key stakeholders, internal and external to develop interfacing specifications and plan integration checkpoints
Ability to analyze the issue in detail and provide multiple solutions approaches to a problem statement
Develop high quality applications that meet the performance and scalability requirements

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
8+ years of enterprise software development experience in a Services Oriented Architecture; experience with Microservices preferred
2+ years managing globally distributed development teams
Proven full life-cycle application development
Proficiency in Agile Scrum development
Experience building cross platform (Android, iOS) mobile applications is required
SQL knowledge is required
UI design skills are a plus

**_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $170,000.
