Project Manager: Lead Teams from Home

You can get projects done, and you can do it from home. Trust us, it works.

We provide you with project management tools, accounting software, and instant access to product sheets and high-res technical drawings. With these, you’ll submit drawings, lighting specs, and fixture schedules to project design teams reliably and on-time. 

You will take the lead in negotiations with manufacturers and respond to inquiries and data requests from clients. Client satisfaction is top priority for Colonial Electric and that is why we provide you with the hardware and software you’ll need for seamless digital video conferencing. 

You’ll be asked to prioritize post-order commitments, meet timelines, and clear important milestones. As part of a team you are always connected, and there is always help.

You have:

• a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar major

• a natural ability to lead people, coordinate teams, and push objectives

• a special drive to solve problems others can’t

• a respect for details. 

• a friendly, outgoing personality 

You can: 

• Use a computer well and adapt to new software. 

• Understand technical specifications and drawings.

• Maintain project accounting, record and organize information.

• Communicate across teams and organizations

• Take ownership of projects and are motivated by responsibility.

You like: 

• To work from home (remote work)

• Managing schedules and tasks with project management software 

• Working in Gmail, Adobe, & Microsoft 365
