Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our diverse clients across the country. Some of our clients are seeking remote recruiters, while others need someone onsite. In these roles, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to fulfill both direct hire and contract positions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our client's success and the growth of their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend staffing needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source top-tier candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of both direct hire and contract recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
