Dynamics 365 F&SCM - WMS Lead Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals. This position relies on a strong grasp of the entire supply chain and different solutions for both basic and advanced warehousing. **

Responsibilities:**

• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Responsible for following Argano Implementation methodology; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects, reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of Argano documentation assets.
• Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc).
• Provides ongoing input into the delivery practice through suggestions and implementation of practice improvements.
• Responsible for documenting the business requirements, which expresses what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
• If modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Sr. WMS Consultant facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process.
• Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
• Plans and oversee the execution of the CRPs, Program Increments (PIs) and UATs in collaboration with the project manager and gather early user feedback on the solution from key customer stakeholders. Validates that the solution will satisfy the customer’s requirements after a POC or UAT.
• Participates in providing structured support to Argano customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLA.
• Responsible for contributing valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base, Implementation methodology toolbox and in marketing activities including blogging and sharing knowledge articles.
• Has deep industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing Microsoft Dynamics and Vertical applications.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives.
• Proven ability to successfully implement Warehouse Management solutions and processes.
• Proven experience configuring and implementing the D365 Warehouse mobile app.
• Proven ability to create and deliver. solutions for inbound receiving and put away, outbound picking and packing, load building and planning, order consolidation, shipping, warehouse replenishment, license plate generation, barcode label printing, transfer order processing, cycle counting, production picking and report as finished, familiarity with GS1 barcode standards, and shipping carrier integration.
• Proven ability to lead junior consultants and client SME teams.
• General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Skill Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics F&SC
• Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of the organization.
• Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
• Experience in Azure DevOps
• Experience in Experience in Life Cycle Services (LCS)
• Experience writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Experience with Data migration using the Data management framework in D365.
• Experience configuring and implementing Transportation Management (TMS) in D365
• Experience implementing non-Dynamics Warehouse Management systems.

The base compensation range for this position in the United States is $117,000 - $143,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
