Job Responsibilities:
Completing Physician/Facility Adds and Updates - Entering/Updating data from ticketing system request into HomeCare HomeBase application
Making updates in HomeCare HomeBase to patient data based on requests through ticketing system
Processing Mobile Device orders received in ticketing system - emailing mobile vendor information, using standard templates, from ticket to complete setups.
Reaching out to agency workers via email, webex or phone to clarify or confirm information from ticket request.
Other projects as assigned that would be related to data entry or basic administrative tasks.
Strong customer service skills are required
