Job description

Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Nashville, TN / Remote is also option

Duration: 12 months

Client: Farm Bureau Health Plans

Responsibilities and expectations for this position includes:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Creating and adhering to project timelines
  • Application testing
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all processes are well-documented and organized
  • Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues
  • Participate in release and change management planning and deployment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Participate in end-user training for custom solutions
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 3 to 4 years' experience in a Salesforce Developer role. Equivalent work experience in a related role may be considered.

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Vlocity, and MuleSoft
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and MuleSoft to create and maintain custom integrations

  • Analyze business needs and develop functional, non-functional and technical specifications
  • Develop technical and functional requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes and procedures
