We will consider new graduates provided they demonstrate a strong hands-on competence and a desire to succeed.
YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful applicants will be formally trained at one of our award-winning training centers in California, USA or, Singapore or Taiwan.
Domestic and international travel is required on a regular basis.
Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of system equipment
Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
Provides assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience. Technical military occupational specialties and training may be considered.
Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.
Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.
Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things
Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively.
Fluent in English and French language is a must.
Full driver’s license
