Our agents get to keep from 60% and all the way up to 80% of the commission they generate, and it is not uncommon for an individual to earn £20,000 - £40,000+ in a single month.

Our flexible model welcomes those who are looking for autonomy over their working week and we have a number of new parents on board who are able to enjoy a fantastic balance between their professional and family life.

Going self-employed can be daunting, that’s why we offer a huge amount of support including social media advertising, canvassing, high quality marketing material, phone line answering service, compliance, access to all the main property portals and industry standard software. Our consultants have the opportunity to sell or let each other’s instructions and have access to over three hundred pre-registered buying/relocation agents on our system. Agents can also take advantage of personalised marketing and For Sale boards whilst being supported by the prestigious Harding Green brand which is distinctive and recognisable amongst our growing number of clients in the capital and the home counties.

We typically engage agents with a minimum of 5-10 years' experience, however we will consider all candidates with a very strong property related background and minimum 3 years' experience in a branch manager/valuer/lister role.
