Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Applications on a temporary (up to 20 month) basis on our People & Culture team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do: - Responsible for the overall vision and management of our People & Culture Business Unit’s technology landscape and management of HR systems (Oracle, UKG Dimensions, Advanced Scheduling, Infor, ADP). - Lead a team of Systems Specialists who understand functional requirements and perform functional configuration within the HR systems and provide front-line customer support to system users. - Ensure a high standard of customer support is provided by evolving the team’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on customer feedback, handling of escalated inquiries, monitoring performance, and coaching the team. - Collaborate with FCL’s Innovation Business Unit Senior Managers and Directors for business capability planning and supporting architecture. - Responsible for master data management and governance of HR data which includes the design and management of security profiles, ensuring that end users have the proper access to data. - Continually employ a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on evolving the HR system reporting and analytics capabilities to supply relevant data. This supports decision-making to ensure the needs of the business are met. - Provide strategic direction and guidance while demonstrating specialization in the field of information technology. Have an in-depth understanding of the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) HR technologies and integrations within the HR system, as well as those connected to the HR system. - Engage with project teams to make major decisions such as vendor/software selections, releases/upgrades and implementation strategies. - Interact with stakeholders from all levels across the Cooperative Retailing System (CRS) (i.e. GMs/CEOs, HR leaders, IT professionals) and at times is required to act as a liaison between stakeholders.

Who you are:You are looking for an opportunity within HR Systems and Information Technology and: - Have a minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience, including 7 years in business analysis and analytics, process development, and business application support. - Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business/Commerce (Business Technology Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems) - Have expert level experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG Dimensions, with an understanding of integrations between the HR system and other enterprise technology solutions. - Are able to solve complex system problems, identify downstream impacts and design efficient, robust, long-term solutions in response to customer requests within Oracle and UKG Dimensions. - Have experience managing support and service delivery using ITIL methodologies with a focus on metrics, KPI’s, and customer satisfaction. - CPM, PMP and/or CHRP certifications or designations considered an asset. - You’re a leader focused on ensuring a high standard of customer support is provided. - You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. - You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
