As the Manager of Lead Development, you will lead a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives. You will oversee the reps’ day-to-day productivity, monitor lead queues, provide clear direction & constructive coaching – always working towards performance improvement & rep development. In this role, you must be a collaborator who communicates effectively and works well with internal ‘customers’ (inside / field sales), and stakeholders across the marketing organization. **
