As the Configuration Analyst on our Health Services Product Management (HSPM) team, you are responsible for application configuration including project planning, execution, and implementation of changes to Health Services’ application systems. You will support the team in maximizing efficiencies through technology in the Health Services department by assisting with projects affecting the Care Management, Pharmacy, and Clinical Operations departments as well as overall quality initiatives in Health Services. This position will also support SFHP’s recent implementation of our Care Management Software solution, Jiva (a ZeOmega product).
The Health Services Product Management team values collaboration and teamwork, as the team works closely with other areas, from clinical staff to our IT department. Projects can range from technology-enabled solutions, training projects, or projects focusing on the collaborative operations of Health Services programs to improve processes.
Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000/year
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Perform Care Management System configuration, analysis, testing solutions and tier 2 support to SFHP users - Perform Care Management System configuration, analysis, testing solutions and tier 2 support to SFHP users. - Triage all SFHP user tickets related to system configurations and issues; ensure they are completed in a timely manner. - Research system issues, provide thoughtful analysis and propose steps necessary to fix the issue. - Effectively interface with users and other stakeholders to achieve mutually agreeable deliverables, timeframes, resources, and outcomes. - Review application release notes, report application defects to vendors and support application upgrades. - Develop and recommend best practices for system design and configuration. - Develop and mange Desk Top Procedures and other documentation for Health Services. - Work with business users to develop and execute test plans to validate configuration changes. - Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure successful collaboration. - Coordinate materials for SFHP committees and meetings that have a direct impact on the software systems supported by the team. - Foster an environment that solicits and enlists diverse and inclusive perspectives and approaches to better serve our staff, our members and our providers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Baccalaureate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - 2 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Configuration Analyst.Prior experience in health plan operations, health care clinical quality improvement or direct patient care. - Care Management Software configuration and testing experience preferred. - Strong time and task management, customer service, and organization skills across multiple simultaneous projects. - Ability to: - Work with qualitative and quantitative data. - Produce accurate and precise work with strong attention to detail. - Find and fix problems. - Work independently and as part of a team. - Hold self and others accountable to deadlines. - Customer service and solutions-oriented approach. - Strong verbal communication skills, for effective work with SFHP staff, management, and executives; and with health care providers and practice staff. - Strong writing, editing and proofreading skill set. - Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
