Job Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with the web-based development life cycle including the planning, design, development and implementation, deployment, and maintenance stages.
- An in-depth knowledge of different programming languages, frameworks, and tools to include C#, MySql & Windows Form.
- AngularJS / JAVA based knowledge is a plus.
- Analyze code to understand structure, flow, dependencies and architecture.
- Analyze data repository, data retrieval methods and use of configuration files.
- Create solution intent design documents for assigned features.
- Develop and test code using .Net and Java and legacy languages as needed.
- Estimate work and decompose into task level detail.
- Observe user feedback to recommend and design improvements, to optimize software.
- Develop technical documentation to guide future development projects and for use in technical support and user guides.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in building full stack Windows and web applications
- 3+ years of experience in the following: Microsoft .NET, C#, Web APIs, and SQL based databases
- Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies (SAFe)
- Ability to learn and work independently or as part of a team
- Bonus Points
- 2+ years of experience migrating desktop applications to the cloud
- Azure experience with containerized development, Docker files, and Kubernetes
