Job Description:-

Minimum of 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integration technologies.
Experience with ITSM, SPM, and CSM modules, including configuration and customization.
Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks such as user/group administration, ACLs, and reporting.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred but not required.
