The Role
As Product Designer, you will be a core member of our Marketing & Product team playing a pivotal role in refining the user experience of BibeCoffee online platform/applications and shaping the visual identity of new features and capabilities. You will closely collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technology members to have a good understanding of the product and user feedback and turn it into functional user interfaces with high quality design.
Main Responsibilities
- • Drive design projects from concept to completion
- • Collaborate with stakeholders [product management, marketing, engineering] to gather, evaluate and define user requirements
- • Execute all design stages from lo-fi/hi-fi wireframes to final hand-off of UI screens and assets for development
- • Create UX Deliverables such as user flows/wire flows, user personas and journeys, site maps and wireframes to effectively communicate user/design needs
- • Leverage on your expertise and passion to ensure all UX designs are efficient, user-friendly and in line with new technological/ design trends
- • Present and defend designs to stakeholders, engineers, and product managers
- • Collaborate closely with engineers during product development to translate design screens and prototypes to polished, functional, user-friendly products
- • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- • Support the creation of marketing materials promoting user experience
Required Skills
- • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with respective portfolio of design projects
- • Knowledge of design software and tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision)
- • Passion for innovation in design, with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies
- • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- • Ability to function with a certain degree of autonomy and help set priorities for the team
- • Excellent time-management skills
- • Team spirit & effective communication skills
- • Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience with B2B platforms
- • Data Visualization skills
- • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- • Experience with creating, maintaining, and updating Design Systems and Pattern Libraries
- • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
