You Are**

UST is searching for a Business Analyst who will analyse the business needs of a client or project under some supervision. Ability to perform key Business Analysis activities under supervision. **

The Opportunity**

• Works in an SDLC and understands SDLC.
• Contributes to requirement gathering, elicitation, and documentation.
• Work with the right stakeholders to understand and define their needs and objectives in a way that can be understood, resolved, and actionable.
• Play multiple roles within activities prescribed by a methodology.
• Contributes to system and application design.
• Communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Consistently develop effective change control processes for complex requirements and designs.
• Determine the appropriate level of abstraction for business analysis information in complex environments.
• Validate and verify information to identify solution options that meet business needs.
• identify and leverage the appropriate business analysis tools based on the requirements and purpose of the task.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **

What You Need**

• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good oral/written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and a quick learner.
• Ability to speak the language of the customer/Think customer with some assistance.
• Should be result oriented and be able to work with some guidance.
• Behavioural and interaction skills – learn to use the right mix of competencies to gain and master this skill.
• Business Acumen – Ability to quickly learn the area of business under focus.
• Tools and Technology – Have a knowledge software application and tools to assist with communication and collaboration, creation and maintenance of requirement artefacts, prototypes, and tools for simulation, modelling and diagramming.
• Be able to quickly learn and use new tools as appropriate for the engagement.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote**

Compensation Range: $56,000-$84,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options. **
