Minimum 5 years relevant experience in high volume service environment, High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree highly preferred, Knowledge of Group Admin, Individual Admin, basic claim processing, Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, Ability to work near Philadelphia and onsite one day a week.
Key responsabilities:
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries courteously and promptly
- Provide clear information on in-force products to various stakeholders
- Resolve diverse customer problems and ensure satisfactory solutions
- Maintain log of calls and follow through on problem resolution
- Support policyholders, agents, and assist in handling service problems
