Luminary Group, a leading Life Sciences Consultancy is partnered with a world leader in Real World Evidence. Our client is looking for a Senior Director of People and Culture, you will collaborate closely with a world-leading Real World Evidence company in the United States.

As the Senior Director of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our company culture as we scale rapidly. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of people strategy and initiatives, fostering an environment where our employees can thrive and contribute to our collective success. You will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, while ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and business objectives.

Requirements

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and reinforces our culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract top candidates, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Implement best practices in performance management, employee development, and succession planning to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, satisfaction, and retention, including compensation and benefits programs, employee wellness initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
    • Champion our company values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and career advancement.
    • Provide leadership and guidance on HR policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees at all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing people strategies in fast-growing organizations.
    • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, particularly within Real World Evidence or related fields, is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with experience implementing initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect.
