We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in recruiting qualified individuals to drive Everest Cars on Uber Platform. Company Overview: Job Responsibilities: Driver Sourcing: Actively source, identify, and recruit potential drivers through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, community events, and local partnerships. Utilize social media and other networking tools to build a strong pipeline of prospective drivers. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with Uber's driver requirements. Evaluate candidates for their driving skills, interpersonal abilities, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new drivers, guiding them through the necessary paperwork, background checks, and training requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential drivers, addressing their concerns and providing support to enhance their overall experience. Act as a liaison between drivers and the company, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to rideshare and transportation services. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance driver acquisition strategies. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver acquisition and retention. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
