YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Foster an innovative and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Enable your developers to achieve their best performance and support their professional growth by inspiring them to embrace.
• Ensure high team productivity and the delivery of business values to various stakeholders in close collaboration with our product and tech leaders.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and establish and maintain close working relationships beyond the boundaries of your department.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and technical and operational excellence within the engineering community.
• Represent our mission and culture and promote integration and diversity.
• Align team efforts with the overarching product roadmap and business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Optimize team workflows and processes to enhance development efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hands-on engagement in development tasks, encompassing coding, configuration, and customization within a TypeScript-based ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on platform construction.
• Encourage strong collaboration between your squad and other teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across projects and initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in developing, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
• Empathy and strong social skills, as well as the ability to inspire your teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and non-technical audiences alike
• Excellent knowledge of and interest in modern web technologies.
• Experience working in agile and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on delivering complex software projects.
• Our preferred technical stack includes NestJS/ VueJS with Typescript, Cloud-first with Amazon Web Services, Domain Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture 
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
