ProAg is looking for a Systems Trainer to join our team who organized, engaging, and relationship focused. This position is responsible for working with key stakeholders to create material, plan, and execute training for internal and external customers. These training will support product launches, improvements, and changes as they are released for customers. Additionally, the role will support training for new and existing customers on current systems along with specific business cycle training needs.
In This Exciting Opportunity You Will:
Create Material – Prepare/modify material for trainings to ensure alignment with business needs. Identify ways to improve and streamline the training process.
Facilitate Trainings – Lead classroom and virtual trainings with systems demonstrations, applying appropriate instructional methods for the audience and topic. Engage learners, encouraging active participation in learning and perform frequent checks for learner understanding.
Manage Engagement - Monitor enrollments, maintain waitlists, and record completions/no-shows/scores through the LMS. Manage logistics and scheduling for virtual and traditional classroom learning.
What You Will Bring:
A minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience.
An associate degree in communications, business, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver.
