Next to the Murex BAU change activities are the people in MFS and MPS engaged with supporting an ongoing Program to implement the next phases of the Front-to-Back-to-Risk trade processing platform based on the Murex platform replacing a number of current systems as managed by the journey squads and improving the existing functionalities and performance of the platform.

As Product Manager (PM) of the Murex User Satisfaction Front Office, you will be the key contact for the Murex Users in regard to the Murex Front Office modules and their functionalities. You will be directly working with the traders and Treasury execution desks and be their representation in the tribe.
You and your job:
You will be part of the Murex Foundation Services (MFS) area and specifically the Murex Production Services (MPS) area. Within the MPS area, you will be part of the MPS Run squad(s) whereas you will also be working together with the MPS Change squads. The MPS BAU DevOps Run and Change squads bring talented people together to execute all change and run activities of the Murex platform. The MPS Run and Squads support and represent the Global Murex Users within the MPS area by means of closely working together with the Murex Users, the Murex Product Managers (PMs), and MPS IT staff and your colleagues within the Markets and Treasury tribe.
As Product Manager (PM) Murex User Satisfaction you will also be part of a team of Murex Product Managers who are all working together with their business lines on the Murex platform.
Your expertise and skills are required to increase User Satisfaction on the Murex platform, to service the FO M& T business lines directly, and to seek improvements and how to optimally use the platform.

Within the tribe, there are currently have 7 areas that consist of more than 50 squads. Accordingly, you need to interact with a subset of these squads; It has 43,822 colleagues around the world.
Top 3 responsibilities:
As a Product Manager Murex User Satisfaction Front Office, you closely work together with the Markets and Treasury Murex Users whilst they run their day-to-day global business and trading activities. You are their first point of contact, and they reach out to you directly
Together with the other Murex PMs, PO and scrum masters work together on complex and challenging Murex risks and incidents which require to be solved and improved.
