About The Role

Sales engineers specialize in their designated technology and related courses, utilizing their technical expertise to showcase the superiority of their products/services over competitors'. They customize learning solutions to suit individual customer requirements. Similar to salespersons, they engage in client persuasion, price negotiation, and finalizing sales. They deliver technical presentations, conduct market research, gather technical requirements, and adapt products to meet customer needs. Additionally, they contribute to research and development initiatives for product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Talk with customers and engineers to assess training needs and to determine requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop proposals.
  • Secure and renew orders.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  • Help customers solve problems and maximize technology investments.
  • Recommend learning solution to customers, showing how training will increase ROI.
  • Show proof of concept to support new technology acquisition.
  • Help in researching and developing new learning solutions.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering compelling technical presentations. These presentations will showcase the features and benefits of our training solutions, while clearly demonstrating how they address the client's specific problems. Your ability to explain complex topics in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner will be crucial.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience into Pre-sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Acumen with technical product knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ready to work into US Shift timing, Eastern Standard Time
