Job description

Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills in English?

Live the unique experience of living in a Greek island, while working with one of the world's largest multinational company?

What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
  • Answering how-to questions
  • Troubleshooting customers' issues
  • Create amazing experience that customers value

Requirements

  • Native Norwegian speaker
  • Fluency in English
  • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Relocation to Crete, Greece or Athens
  • EU Passport holder
