We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in HR.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide necessary support to employees
  • Assist in the performance management process, including monitoring performance evaluations and providing feedback
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and event planning
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends
