Job description

This job is remote for now. Once the manager updates us it will be on-site in Raleigh, NC.

Our client has an opening for a position for IT Quality Assurance Manager rec (656604).

This position 12 months, with an option of extension, and is located in Raleigh, NC.

We can work corp to corp or w2.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems, system integration principles, and associated program, project, and program quality management best practices. Required 5 Years.
  • Knowledge of PMI processes, methodology, and standards Required 5 Years.
  • Knowledge of planning, design and implementation of a Program Quality Management program including the policy, framework, and procedures Required 5 Years.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment Required 5 Years.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software Required 5 Years.
  • Expert use of process documentation software and process documentation generation. Microsoft Visio is highly desired. Required 5 Years.
  • Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels Required 5 Years.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and methodology. Scrum and/or SAFe preferred. Desired 3 Years.
  • Six Sigma Certification Desired 3 Years.
  • MITA knowledge or experience Nice to have 3 Years.
  • Has an understanding of CMS’ Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program Nice to have 3 Years.
