OutSystems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal, Marketing Performance Management to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts across all channels. Your expertise will drive the development of performance metrics and the execution of data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing performance management framework to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistency in reporting methodologies across all marketing channels to maintain accurate and reliable data for decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with the OutSystems Data Science Power BI team to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, funnel conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to align performance goals with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to market growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives based on data-driven analysis.
  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in developing and delivering board-level metrics and reports, facilitating strategic decision-making and performance evaluation at the highest level.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated for marketing analytics and tools, ensuring efficient use of investments to drive business outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics and performance management tools, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions into our strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and testing, encouraging experimentation and adaptation in marketing strategies.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics, with extensive experience using Salesforce as a primary tool for marketing data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to a non-technical audience.
