ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager is a dynamic and results-oriented professional who creates
and fosters meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our clients. This role is responsible for directly managing the daily client meetings and requests. Understands all aspects of the client program and is an experienced resource who can position the value of technical solutions to be sold as program enhancements.
Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners to maintain long term
loyalty.
• Operate as lead point of contact for all escalated matters specific to assigned clients.
• Establish sales objectives for a client while ensuring the optimal client experience and satisfaction.
• Manage and track project management tickets at a client level until resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to help create and deliver system enhancements, including assisting with regression testing.
• Keep up with current industry changes and the competitive landscape.
• Attend Loyalty Tradeshows.
• Maintain effective notes on client interactions to facilitate strong cross-team awareness of
client interactions
• Other duties as required.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Qualifications & Experience
Proven account management experience managing multiple clients.
Proven capability of identifying client needs and selling relevant products and services.
Demonstrated ability to nurture and optimize client relationships.
A knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
University degree/college diploma or equivalent experience.
Strong ability to work independently and be self-motivated
