We are currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
-Analyze higher education business processes and systems.
-Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
-Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
-Develop innovative solutions with IT and business teams.
-Align solutions with educational technologies and best practices.
-Lead the design of business models, use cases, and process flows.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
-Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
-Provide guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
-Implement best practices for business analysis and project management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT Industry.
-Proven experience working within higher education institutions or programs.
-Good understanding of academic administration, student information systems (SIS), learning management systems (LMS), proctoring solutions, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
-Experience with project management tools.
-Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
-Great soft skills, with emphasis in communication and interpersonal skills.
-Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
-English C1 or above is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with university systems such as Anthology Student, Banner, Oracle Student, Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and HubSpot.
-Knowledge of data visualization tools.
-Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
