What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teenagers, and their families.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans for each client and their family.
• Actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to foster collaboration and drive the treatment plan forward. 
• Access consultation and resources from our non-profit partner to integrate cutting-edge treatment protocols and methods into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.
• Complete and sign patient notes within 24 hours.

What We're Looking For

1. Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).
2. Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
3. Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services.
4. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders.
5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
6. Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers.

Therapist (Part Time, Benefits Eligible)

Total Comp Package:

• 30 hours per week w/ benefit eligible (medical, dental, PTO)
• Minimum 15 clinical hours delivered/week
• Our peak demand occurs from 3:30 pm to 8:30 est on Weekday hours and Daytime on the weekends.  
• We guarantee the fulfillment of 15 green blocks between 3:30 PM and 8:30 PM EST.
• Design your own availability within our set hours to suit your lifestyle within parameters 
• Design your own caseload beyond 15 hour minimum?
• Incentive payment per any additional hours delivered beyond minimum
•  ~$75/hour
• Base Salary of $40,000 with opportunity to earn additional $10k - $65k per year
• Total comp potential of $40k - $100k + with incentive payment

• 15 hours: Direct Clinical Care
