Position : LEAD MARKETING MANAGER

Work Hours : 9AM - 5PM EST

Holidays : TBD

Pay Range : USD 1300 - 2000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Craft visually appealing marketing campaigns: Utilize Adobe and Canva to design eye-catching graphics and advertisements for Facebook, Google, and various social media platforms.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts: Manage and optimize ads on Facebook, Google, and other platforms to drive engagement and conversions, leveraging your graphic design skills to enhance visual appeal.
  • Engage with leads: Respond promptly to inquiries across all platforms, providing detailed information and nurturing leads interested in retail and industrial unit vacancies.
  • Create compelling presentations: Design polished slide decks and offering memorandums that effectively showcase property features and benefits to prospective clients and investors.
  • Conduct A/B testing: Apply your understanding of marketing terms like A/B testing to refine strategies, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimized for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Uphold brand standards across all design and marketing materials, ensuring cohesive and professional communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality graphics and marketing materials.
  • Highly skilled in Canva for rapid design prototyping and template creation, demonstrating efficiency in producing engaging visual content.
