We're looking for bright, enthusiastic students to join our team as HR Business Partner Interns. This is a unique opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world challenges and gain invaluable experience in a dynamic startup environment.

What you'll do:

Roll up your sleeves and dive into exciting HR projects.
Work closely with the company founder to develop and implement HR strategies.
Learn how to build a strong company culture and employee experience.
Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, strategic planning, policy-making, business development, and employee relations.

Requirements

MBA/MSW/MA HRM/Psychology/Marketing student or student of any background with a strong interest in HR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for learning and growing.

Exceptional computer skills.

Excellent networking skills with a large student and LinkedIn network.

Students with associations in professional organizations are preferred.

Candidates with high expertise in using HR platforms, AI Tools, Project management software, Data Analytics tools, etc. will be given higher preferences.
