Senior Product Designer - Latam

Position: Senior UX UI Designer - Latam
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Lead UX UI Designer to guide our design team and oversee the development of engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design excellence and a proven track record in leading design projects from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution: Lead the UX/UI design for our consumer-facing app, desktop, and mobile versions, ensuring a cohesive and innovative aesthetic across all platforms.
• Wireframes/ Prototypes: Ability to create detailed wireframes and engaging prototypes for both desktop and mobile screens. This role will not involve coding or website development, but an understanding of HTML/CSS is necessary.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in standard UX software, especially Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a deep understanding of UX/UI
  principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Experience in agile/scrum development processes.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
