Job description

SwipeTrack Solutions is a trailblazer in providing innovative systems designed to create seamless guest experiences. Our flagship product, XTruLink, is revolutionizing guest engagement through advanced technology and user-friendly design. We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our XTruLink team and help us continue to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales team to present our products to clients and address any technical questions they may have. This role involves collaborating with the engineering team to design technical solutions based on customer and market requirements. The SE will maintain ongoing relationships with clients to understand their challenges and implement updates that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships with clients and prospects and effectively explain complex technical concepts to users of all skill levels. 2+ years of experience with Blackbaud applications (Altru, RE NXT, Blackbaud CRM, etc.) is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Solution Design:
    • Design and develop technical solutions to meet client and prospect requirements.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to translate customer needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Conduct discovery calls with sales representatives to understand client needs and serve as the technical expert during these interactions.
    • Lead product demos and provide technical insights to help close deals.
  3. Solution Implementation and Scaling:
    • Support the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable and meet client specifications.
    • Evaluate existing features and infrastructure to recommend and implement improvements.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients to understand their ongoing challenges and needs.
    • Communicate with clients to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges efficiently.
  5. Client Onboarding:
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they are comfortable and knowledgeable about using XTruLink products.
  6. Technical Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for end-users.
    • Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to users of varying technical backgrounds.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide the best solutions to clients.
    • Assist with other responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience with Blackbaud applications (Altru, RE NXT, Blackbaud CRM, etc.).
    • Experience with software implementation and/or technical support.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to users of all skill levels.
    • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
