JOB SUMMARY:

Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our team. As a Nurse at Al Borg Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our diagnostic services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Perform diagnostic tests and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
• Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide patient education and support on health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid nursing license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and practices.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Ability to administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
