Job description

工作职责:
在Gate.io平台上构建并获取产品的流动性
管理Gate.io的最大的机构客户,以及一些业务开发团队核心的稳定账户
与现有客户建立并维持成功的长期关系,保留并不断寻找增长和提高交易量的方法
与整个组织的内部团队(不限于营销团队、技术和支持团队)密切合作,协助客户及时解决问题
主动监控竞争对手格局,并与产品和营销团队合作迭代整体策略
工作要求:
至少 3 年从事产品和销售业务开发工作的经验
拥有在加密货币交易所、投资公司、机构经纪公司或电子交易公司工作的经验
在达到和超过收入目标方面拥有良好的记录
足智多谋的自我启动者和顽强的问题解决者,愿意卷起袖子来满足客户需求并改善客户体验
对加密行业充满热情
注重细节、注重结果的人,可以在最少的监督下工作
优秀的口头/书面沟通和表达能力。需要英语,普通话会更佳
