Position Summary:

As a quota carrying Relationship Manager at myCOI, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving additional sales through add-on solutions. You will work closely with assigned customers to understand their needs, provide valuable updates, and present myCOI solutions to enhance their operational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Establish strong rapport with assigned clients and maintain regular communication as per targeted frequency

  • Utilize a scheduled checklist to cover key items during client interactions, such as updates on company initiatives

  • Proactively seek training on myCOI products, services, pricing models, and contracts

  • Identify client issues, develop follow-up plans, and ensure timely resolution

  • Assess client adoption of products and services and address any concerns or obstacles

  • Develop and manage add-on sales pipeline, meeting assigned quotas

  • Introduce clients to new offerings and pricing changes as their Relationship Manager

  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, product, and marketing to ensure client needs are met

  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions in myCOI's CRM program

  • Provide valuable input to product and marketing based on market insights gathered from client interactions

  • Stay updated on industry trends and issues impacting clients' operations

  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to enhance process efficiency and manage account renewals


Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous experience working remotely

  • Previous experience in a quota carrying enterprise sales account management or similar position with demonstrated success (% of accounts retained, expanded, quotas reached or exceeded, etc.)

  • 4+ years Commercial Insurance Risk Management, Commercial Insurance Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Consulting or Commercial Insurance Advisory experience 

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance and business contracts language to help clients understand their exposure to mitigate risk

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following industries is required: insurance brokerage, construction, commercial real estate and/or commercial property management

  • Comfort level speaking with Senior level decision makers

  • Experience working within scaling B2B SaaS will be given preference

  • Ability to gain deep knowledge of myCOI's software products, services, and processes to upsell consultatively and confidently

  • Proficiency in various operating systems and software products (Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Video meeting software)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to draw valid conclusions

  • Strong time management skills with a problem-solving mindset to proactively address customer needs

  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with sales, implementation, marketing and product team members

  • Commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and negotiate priorities with stakeholders

  • Comfortable working under pressure and pivoting quickly when needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

  • 100% Remote within Central or East Coast time zones within the United States.
