We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Finance Sales Development Representative to join our remote team in the UK. As a Finance Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth, revenue, and success of our client's finance offerings by generating new leads and qualifying potential customers. If you have a strong interest in finance and sales, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to the growth of dynamic and innovative finance businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and generate leads in the finance industry
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to schedule appointments and generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their financial needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our client's finance services
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers by maintaining regular follow-up and providing relevant financial information
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress within the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative within the finance industry
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into customers
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional manner
  • Experience utilizing CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
  • Valid professional indemnity insurance policy
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Knowledge or experience in the finance industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Worked developing sales and leads for B2B businesses in the Financial Services/ Accounting Sector.
  • Access to large data bases to use for Lead Generation.
  • Comfortable with Cold Calling, Linked-In Outreach, Cold Email Marketing.
  • Comfortable with setting up Lead Nurturing workflows.
  • Has a proven track record of transforming a sales pipeline and lead generation in a B2B Financial Service Business.
  • Has a proven track record of generating large volumes of revenue for a B2B Financial Service Business.
  • Has a proven track record of generating large volumes of revenue for a B2B Staffing/ Recruitment business.

Benefits

You will be working as a contractor under the JamPot Support Limited company name, therefore you are not a direct employee and only work as a contractor for our business.

The benefit of this structure means, all of our clients sign contracts directly with JamPot Support Limited and not you as the Contractor, therefore you are protected as a remote contractor, as JamPot take care of the client service side of the function.

We are currently undertaking market research to determine to determine the pay offered for this role and will talk with you openly around your personal earning experience and expectations. This will enable us to work with our client to ensure a fair renumeration is agreed for both parties.
