Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill their data-related needs and objectives.
• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of enhancements and efficiencies in internal and external data processes.
• Spearhead the architectural design for API integration and interfacing with third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements and use cases into functional applications.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and dependable code.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
• Assist in maintaining code quality and organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including bug fixing.
• Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies (JavaScript, React/NestJS/VueJS).
• Strong back-end development skills (Node.js/NestJS/Mongo/PostgreSQL).
• Extensive expertise in software design, architecture, and integration development.
• Significant experience with spring-boot and RESTful Web Services.
• Familiarity with message queue strategies such as Kafka.
• Experience with RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Practical exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS, Google).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies and frameworks like Java, Spring, Microservices, and Rest API.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Previous leadership experience in an engineering organization.
• Involvement in multiple major product releases.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Experience with EVM and Solana blockchain (Operating blockchain, developing Smart contracts & DApps, Exchange & marketplace, etc.).
