Min 2.5 years of proven experience as an in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Core responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry networks. Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send introductory emails, and use other communication methods to engage with prospects and introduce our products/services. Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage in further discussions. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with leads to schedule meetings or calls with the sales team, ensuring optimal timing and alignment with sales team availability. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update lead information, and track appointment schedules in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Perform timely follow-ups with leads who have not responded or need to reschedule, maintaining engagement and interest. Reporting: Track and report on outreach efforts, appointment-setting success rates, and other relevant metrics.
