Klaviyo/any related CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in Klaviyo or equivalent CRM tool.
• Utilize the Klaviyo or similar CRM platform for effective customer segmentation and targeted communication.
• Provide Quality Assurance by making judgement calls on implementing rigorous quality assurance checks for all CRM communications.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and execute dynamic email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Personalize content to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Build and optimize dynamic customer journeys through marketing automation.
• Own and implement strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle experience.
• Build and customize emails using HTML.
• Ensure seamless integration of creative and technical elements.
• Utilize Tap Cart for push notifications
• Adapt and contribute to evolving marketing strategies and trends.
• Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of CRM activities.
• Uphold brand integrity through meticulous execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in Klaviyo or equivalent CRM tool.
• Strong understanding of dynamic flow building and marketing automation.
• Experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Quality Assurance methodology with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to build and customize emails through HTML.
