Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our Growth Marketing team.

As a Growth Marketer focused on relationship-building, you’ll spearhead our affiliation programs (already generating seven figures in revenue) and gladly be a brand ambassador running experiments across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels with potential partners.

Our Growth team works closely with Content and Product, enabling you to also work on a variety of Growth initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale our affiliation program - build new pricing offers, improve collateral, and identify new affiliate opportunities.
  • Run strategic marketing experiments: Partner with our Head of Marketing to grow our network and co-marketing efforts.
  • Lead generation and ecosystem building: Amplify our brand's online presence, build community relationships, and showcase our value on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Collaborate on growth projects: Work with Growth, Product, and Content teams on initiatives such as SEA, SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and email marketing.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis: Track and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and ROI.
You’re a great fit if you have:
  • +3 years of B2B Marketing Exp: Familiarity with Product-led-growth is a plus
  • Ecosystem, Affiliation, and Community Experience: Proven ability to manage and grow partnership programs, online audiences, and affiliations.
  • Expertise in lead generation: Advanced knowledge and a passion for sharing your industry expertise.
  • Run Ads, technical SEO, or A/B tests and experiments: You understand and have Growth Marketing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: You are a good communicator capable of adapting to and managing the needs of different stakeholders.
  • Rigorous organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with complete autonomy and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluency in English: Excellent command of English, our primary language, and confidence to speak publicly.

Recruitment process
  1. Screening Video Call with our Talent Partner, Jakub (45 minutes).
  2. Job Fit Interview with John & Miquel (60 minutes).
  3. Use Case exercise followed by a Debriefing Meeting with JohnMiquel, and Diane (60 minutes).
  4. Culture Fit Interview with two Colleagues from other departments (60 minutes).
