Job description

Technical Project Administrators

Vantage Point Solutions, a growing and dynamic telecommunications consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team of professionals. We have an immediate opening for a remote Technical Project Administrator.

The Technical Project Administrator will collaborate with colleagues to understand organizational processes and develop data-driven solutions that increase efficiency, show trends within procedures, and enable new opportunities for client focused tracking features.

Key functions of this role will include:

  • Create and maintain templates
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and capture minutes
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Provide backup to the Senior Project Administrators, and OSP Project Administrators
  • Work within a team and collaborate to develop solutions
  • Take requests from varying departments to generate tracking mechanisms
  • Integrate existing trackers into Smartsheet and train resources to use the improved solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of new and improved features of software and applications

Basic Skills/Knowledge:

  • Smartsheet experience (at least 6 months)
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Working Knowledge of GSuite/Google Workspace

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

  • Smartsheet add-on knowledge (Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, WorkApps, etc.)
  • ProntoForms
  • ESRI
