Job description

About The Employer:

We are a developer of proprietary technology, platforms, products and services for the Australian financial markets. With 500 team members across 11 offices in Australia plus offices in London, New York, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, we provide full service and online broking, capital markets and financial advisory services to private, institutional and corporate clients.

We seek professional customer centric team members to join our award winning customer service team in supporting both retail clients and financial advisers.

Work Arrangements: Physical office based work arrangement with flexibility of 10 days WFH allowance per annum

Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM5500

Job Responsibilities:

Resolve client requests and enquiries via calls, emails and live chats in relation to account
opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporation actions,
product offerings and services of the Online Trading platform and other queries relating to
share trading
Maintain client accounts and liaise with other internal departments to effectively resolve
client queries
Participate in project work as required
Participate in outbound calling as requested
Customer training and troubleshooting
Keep abreast with products and offerings through briefings, training, product write-ups
and other materials
Escalate higher level issues such as complaints to the appropriate officer
Continual education on the ASX

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fresh Graduates (Degree holder from any field are welcomed), prefer candidate from Finance, Investment and Accounting backgrounds.

Company sponsor broker's certification exam, salary increased upon obtain certification (3 paper up to RM1k increase from base salary) incensement, transport allowance and parking claims for those who work on AU/US shifts schedule.
Mon-Fri working schedule, off on weekend. Candidate who worked on Malaysia PH will get replacement leaves.
