Job description

Your mission

As a full-stack developer at Refine Studio your primary job is to develop both frontend and backend applications. You will...

maintain, improve and extend our products and internal services
review design prototypes before implementation
define API contracts between Frontend and Backend
identify weaknessesÂ of the frontend code and user experience
suggest your own ideas to improve the product and process
review the code of your peers
collaborate with product owners and sales team to review and test implemented features

Your profile

We are always on the hunt for talented full-stack engineers of any proficiency: Working Students, Juniors and Seniors. Depending on your experience we surely have different benchmarks on your skills and overall profile. But independently from your experience we are looking for the same traits.

You are excited about the domain ofÂ employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification.
You are passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design.
You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQLÂ (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
