Projektbeschreibung

1 -Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

2 -Perform quality assurance

3 - Define reporting and alerting requirements

4 - Help design, document and maintain system processes

5 - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

6 -Communicate key insights and findings to product team

7 - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Skills

1- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in Energy or commodity trading.

2 - Working knowledge of ETRM tools, Allegro, methods and concepts of quality assurance

3 -Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

4 -Good communication skills, both verbal and written

5 -Excellent data collection and analysis skills

6 -Strong attention to detail
