About your Team:

Interactive Brokers seeks an Associate to join its Global Cashiering team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. As part of the Global Cashiering Team, this position will support client payment services functions related to funds disbursement, receipt, and exception processing for Interactive Broker’s clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage dedicated client deposit methods, such as physical check deposits
  • Monitor and resolve client deposit exceptions
  • Interface with the bank to ensure proper processing of client deposits
  • Resolve transaction discrepancies between the firm’s internal system and the bank statement
  • Work with compliance, risk, client service and other internal groups to resolve client issues related to deposits and withdrawals
  • Implement process and system improvements to the cashiering systems and payment methods
  • Participate in projects that help improve operations and enhance the client experience
Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or other quantitative field
  • High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and use of these tools to present data clearly and concisely
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar position would be a plus
