Your tasks on the position:

  • Lead and manage the QA team, driving high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to support rapid growth and scalability
  • Establish and refine QA practices to ensure rigorous testing and product quality
  • Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Oversee and optimize testing practices to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within QA
  • Experience managing teams of 100+ members
  • Experience in scaling teams and hiring new members rapidly and efficiently
  • Background in a product-focused company environment, preferably in high-demand industries
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in transforming QA processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • English C1-C2
